Walhalla Middle School provides flexible academic programs with emphasis on the development of basic learning and thinking skills. The school serves students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes classes in math, science, language arts, social studies, and physical and health education. Walhalla Middle School also offers instructive sessions related to algebra, media and band. The school provides counseling and guidance sessions. It maintains a library that offers books, magazines, reference materials, and online search engines and databases, as well as tutorials and research tools. Walhalla Middle School provides several sports activities, such as football, basketball and cheerleading. The school additionally administers the English for Speakers of Other Languages program.
