My husband just returned from visiting this business. We spent just under $1,700 for window treatments over the past month with this business. My husband went into their Waldport store to check on grout that he ordered 3 weeks ago. The owner, Jane Clark, said she never finished the order and that she didn't "need money from an a**hole". And when asked if this was their business plan, Jane's husband stormed out of the backroom (without a mask) and said he was calling the cops and then flipped my husband off. We're not sure what is going on with the owners, but this is the most unprofessional, wacko reaction we could ever imagine. Don't waste your money here, the owners are unstable and bizarre.

I was referred to Jane Clark from members of the Shriners of Oregon organization. My self-having a permanent partial disability, can cope and a veteran, I never pull this card... recently I purchased a home in Waldport to settle. that came with all the materials to renovate the home. I have been in Kuwait for the last 15 years Supporting the U.S. Government. overseas. and my physical situation has gotten worse . with multiple hernias... I talked with a Jane Clark, who was condescending and rude on the telephone and offering excuses for other people business. I explained my situation that I may need to travel and would like to employ some installers and workers to complete my home before i have to return to the middle east. and if there were any available contractors? her reply was such that she was offended by the Shriners for referring me to her to find labor but not to buy materials. and how the Home depot materials were inferior. then she reacted about her Donations to the Shriners hospital and their involvement in the Waldport parade. and not to. and she would not help me and be offended. And preached to me about supporting local small business owners. ( i have not left town in two weeks) I then ask is this the norm for the local chamber of commerce and she told me to look it up online.. well I have... I am insulted. i am veteran a Colonial American family with Oregon ROOTS back to 1849, and 12 grandparents on the Mayflower. and of my 46 years of life, i have spent 30 of my years overseas supporting the American government interest. and the worst part is I am a Grateful dead Tour veteran as well And I have to return to Kuwait. Her is My beef, the Woman's Tone...lack of compassion, and disrespecting the Shriners hospital an Organization I have supported my whole life

With only two places in Waldport for flooring Carpet Tech is definitely the one to choose. Avery nice couple own and run the shop and have for many years. I have personally done business with them for four years and can say only great things about them.
