02/08/2011 I researched several storage facilities shopping for prices and then I visited the facilities. I found the appears of this facility to be well kept with the friendliest staff around. I had the pleasure of having the Manager show me units in the snow last year. After looking over two units, I was sold. Although my stay was short- I could not find a better company to use for storage in Waldorf. The Staff helped make my first time storage experience very pleasurable. I would Highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I phoned this company to get some info when I was trying to locate someone from another company (out of state, ) The company coincidentally has the same name as the 1 I was trying to reach. It was a wrong number, but much to my surprise, the lady (Jennifer) on the phone was more than happy to help me. In fact, she even went well out of her way to, even though I wasnt even a customer of HERS. She had excellent manners & the fact is that she was absolutely incredible, ( or, I probably wouldn't be taking the time to sign up here & write this!) On rare occasion, you run across people that set the benchmark for kindness, manners & just 'good customer service'. My experience with this company was most definitely 1 of those times. I highly recommend this company ! I SO wish I was renting from them instead of my current company in NC. You made an otherwise pretty crappy day, not nearly so bad. Oh yeah, really great phone voice too.
