Dr.Owens & then Lindsey O’Connell. I new of them when they were at River Valley Dental in Brunswick MDThat pair had worked together with an Asian dentist I won’t say his name. Lindsey, became very shall we say difficult. Was very controlling and manipulating in the office with the staff. She had issues. Dr. Owens was fairly new at his practice and did make some errors, bad judgment calls and was under investigation for mal practice. Some numbers didn't add up either. Even now her staff at the Vibrant Smiles Waldorf location is only Caucasian. Wonder why that is..

I cannot recommend this dentistry. After going there for the 2nd time of rescheduling . I found on my first visit Mrs. Owens to be very rude and unprofessional. Told me I needed to understand that her husband Dr. Owens was a busy man and sometimes is overwhelmed with patients. So if that's the case why make appointments they cant keep? Then she told me if I didn't like their rescheduling upon arrival I could go somewhere else! Said I was lucky they even accepted my insurance.

Being my insurance left me with little choices. I had no choice but to keep the appointment for the filling. Dr. Owens after making me wait for nearly 45 min in that chair. Ended up chipping my front tooth said I moved, and told me he would still charge me to fix it! I'm like are you serious! So now I have a chipped tooth and its far to expensive to fix. On the way out Mrs. Owens smirked and said have a nice day!

Bad business!

I have been a patient of Dr. Owens for 11 years now and I couldn't be happier with my dentist or his office. Him and his staff are always so warm and welcoming it kind of makes you forget your at the dental office.

This staff seemed to be ok. However I cant recommend the Dentist. Dr. Owens. I went in with pain to my upper teeth from obvious tooth decay, cavities. After sitting there for some time. Some hispanic girl took took X-Rays acted like she didn't know what she was doing hurt my gums.Anyhow after reviewing the xray and Dr.Owens running back and fourth to other patients.He comes to the conclusion that my teeth look fine.Claims I just need to brush beter. I went to another Dentist and they indeed found that I had 2 cavities so they were filled.So again I ask myself whats wrong with this dentist ? He's not the friendliest man either.While sitting in the chair I heard him cursing about another patient which was to me very unprofessional.
