This company has handled my business and personal taxes for over 15 years and they have provided me with outstanding service. I have recommended them to all of my clients, family and friends.

This is is absolute worst company to have your taxes done. They are unresponsive to email and phone communications. I was initially referred to this group by a colleague of mine. Ever since my first encounter, it's take me in excess of over 4 months to complete my individual income returns. I have been promised tax returns to be completed on numerous occasions, and so far, slippages in promised dates have totaled to be over 10 months. This is unacceptable! My taxes for 2007 is still incomplete, even though all the documentations were sent in back in February. 4 months later, I still have not been assured that the taxes will be complete. I am looking for another tax guy. I am very disappointed with this company!
