As a potential new customer the response and lack of customer service is more than disappointing. I moved in my home in September 2021 and have contacted customer support 5 different times to get an update on when the waste and recycle containers would be delivered so our service could be started. All that was provided was EXCUSES with no solutions. I was told a supervisor would contact me and that never happened. It really is unfortunate that a new customer would be treated this way and I know for a fact the previous homeowner was not because of his status in the community.

I just canceled my service with them. I’ve called at least once a month since March 2021 to August 2021 about trash bins being left in the street instead of them putting the bins back on the grass where they instructed us to put them. Very unprofessional service, especially since this can cause accidents with rolling bins in the street throughout the neighborhood.

Have now had the service for over 5 years and wanted to take a minute to say how happy I am with the service. I have a had a number of companies in the past 34 years I have lived here but by far the best service I have had.

I have had this service since 2010, and never had a problem, I have left out numerous large items and small,outside of the trash can, like bikes, area rugs etc... And not once been turned down. This in fact was the reason we switched from our old trash service. I called for the first time just to be considerate and tell them that I would have extra trash and they told me that even an area rug would have to be measured before determining how much they are going to charge me. Seriously?? I am a sales manager myself and understand policy, but to be never given a problem before and to be nasty about it is unexceptable. I will be sure to put in my renters contract "Not allowed to use evergreen service"!
