I had an Dr appt today at 1:15 at 450 Gidney Ave for my eyes & were suppose to pick my fiance & I up @ 12 noon. Never showed. So I called & the dispatcher said that the cab was running 25 mins. Behind time. Still waiting?!!!

I called over an hr ago still waiting worst car company around had to pay $85 to someone else because I won't call them again!!!! The waste your money they make you car pool and don't even ask if that is ok with me!!!!

they don't even deserve one star the cars are absolutely falling apart you're lucky if you get to where you have to go on time and they tell you it'll be a few more minutes when they know for a fact it'll be another hour or so they keep lying to you. for a 45 minute appointment it took me 4 hours to get back home when I live 20 minutes away and they continue to tell me the guy would be there any minute he's just a few minutes away I honestly don't know how they stay in business

Businesses like this one really need a negative star rating option, because one star is to good a rating than they deserve. Worst can company ever.

Waited almost 45 minutes to go t minutes up the road. Woulda walked but was told 10 more minutes each time I called during the almost hour it took them.

No stars for this place. Owner is a mess and has no control over this business. Sad had to give stat to move on

They always take me to me Dr. appointments. Good service, but if you are lucky, Allen, the bald driver with blue eyes will be your driver. He's fast, funny, cute, and has the cleanist cab.
