The doctors here are very nice. However, there is an older nurse who answers the phone who should not be answering the phone because she is not up to date on what is or isn't a threat to pregnant women (i.e., chickenpox, etc.). The office staff have dropped the ball on notifying me about two very important Level II ultrasounds. I would have missed the appts if I didn't luckily call the day before they were scheduled to happen! They also dropped the ball two times on getting me an appt with a specialist ob gyn for my severe rib pain. Think twice before going here since you can't rely on the office staff for anything.
