Take a look at his realtor license background through the Massachusetts government website. How he still is a licensed realtor within Massachusetts is scary. Would not have put a money deposit down on an apartment if I had known otherwise. And check other reviews through online message boards regarding him.

He is a sneak and will try to take your money, especially during the rental process. Young couples, inexperienced renters please take note. Do not give this man/business the time of day. Save yourself the hassle and money.
