On January 7, 2017 Wake Forest, NC experienced a horrible ice and snow storm. From that point on my neighborhood and several others have not received our packages or mail from USPS. Even worse, our regular mail carrier is out ill and has been informed that there is no one to cover his route. Come on USPS! No wonder your ratings are at an all time low. Our carrier is a really good one and actually cares about his route. He gets 5 stars from me but if I could I wouldn't even rate the postal service at this point. Today we could have had mail, all the roads are fine, but they have chosen not to deliver yet again. Poor planning.

I AM MAKING A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE HUGH HOLE IN PARKING LOT THAT WE CAN'T GO AROUND. IT WASN'T FIXED PROPER LAST YEAR AND THE HOLE IS GOTTEN BIGGER AND ALL VEHICLES ARE BEING DAMAGED. PLEASE FIX THE HOLE. THE WAKE FOREST LOCATION 27587
