We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Harper and her staff at Tuscan Ridge Animal Hospital.

We have never experienced such a knowledgable, warm and caring DVM and staff.

Dr. Harper spent so much time listening to our concerns and thoroughly examining our cat (who pretty much is on his 9th life). She literally saved his life by diagnosing him and treating him for pancreatitis - which was never thought of nor caught by our previous vet who has been seeing our cat and dog(s) for 4 years.

We are so very grateful to her and her staff for taking such good care of Quincy and for taking the time to explain everything and address all of our questions and concerns without feeling rushed or being pushed aside and ignored.

We've also never been to a vet's office that looked more like a spa than a sterile, cold environment. We, and our pets are so comfortable there. It is so much less stressful for the animals. The examination rooms are like sitting in someone's home, with a comfortable love seat, chair and coffee table with decorations. The examination table is folded up, unnoticeable, against the wall, like a Murphy Bed. Our sick, old boy was purring so loudly upon his first visit because he wasn't scared, it was almost comical.

He had to be hospitalized for 2 nights a few days later, upon lab result confirmation of diagnosis and his health declining slowly, in the interim. We were kept informed of his progress, prognosis, treatment plan, everything, from start to finish.

We were also allowed to visit him, brought our dog, who was worried about her brother and escorted into the comfy room where they were allowed to reunite and feel comfortable. Only after one day of treatment, he was looking and feeling so much better and we were so happy to be able to visit and see his progress.

Dr. Harper is so caring and so knowledgable, you feel like you are part of the family and not own your own, once you walk out the door. She also takes into consideration the owners as well as the animals well-being.

She is not a cut-and-dry, all about the money Dr.

What a gem of a find.

I do a lot research on Dr.'s, DDS's, vet's, etc. before making an appointment for myself, family and our pets (who are family). I always feel, there are Dr's. on every corner, so you really have to be special for me to trust you and be loyal. If you are like me, let me save you the trouble of searching any further in the area for a better vet. We hit the jackpot and so will you with Tuscan Animal Hospital, Dr. Harper and staff.

Thank you, Dr. Harper and staff for saving our old boy's life, we are forever grateful.

Going to make an appointment now for the doggie, too now that you have our well-deserved trust, loyalty and respect.
