On the evening of June 30th we contacted the Time Warner office in Wake Forest due to a problem we had been having with our cable service. For some time our service was practically unusable. We experienced extremely slow channel changing, skipping, very erratic service among other issues. LAURA in your Wake Forest office listened to our problems and within 20 minutes had fixed our problem by downloading and updating our software. Time Warner can be very frustrating at times with service problems but Laura needs to be commended in her problem solving ability. She was very professional to deal with. We have dealt with other service technicians (not in the Wake Forest office) that have been rude and not helpful at all. Laura was a nice change of pace and did her job well!
