Several weeks ago, I had a pipe to burst in my home during the night. I called the 24-hour Emergency number listed on their answering machine and left a message for someone to return my call. They promptly called back and sent one of their staff members right away to extract the water from my carpet. They were gracious enough to even clean the carpet and also clean my home.
