I will NEVER order from here again. I will be ordering from Dominos and Papa John’s in Wake Forest instead. When we try to call and order, most of the time, they don't answer the phone. When I do get someone on the phone, they are rude and unprofessional. Recently, our pizza was 45 minutes later than it was supposed to be, and when I spoke to a manager about it, he was very rude and short with me(he also refused to give me the D.M.'s number.) We have a problem EVERYTIME we order from here, so my husband and I have decided we will no longer be ordering from this location. They mess up our order most of the time, as well. I ask for extra sauce on the pizza, I get light sauce, I ask for extra cheese, I get no extra cheese. This location sucks!

When I ordered online it said our pizza would be here @ 9:03 , at 9:10 we got a call that they couldn't find our address , I called this pizza hut and the phone rang for about 15 minutes with no answer, I hung up and called back and someone picked up right away , she asked for the address and said they didn't have an order for us and I told her that the delivery driver just called asking for directions and she said " what pizza hut did you order from" ... 5 minutes later the pizza arrived , I called back the # on the receipt which was the same number I called before that " didnt have an order from us" and the woman who said she was the resturant manager was very rude when I asked what was going on over there and told me she wasn't going to get into it with me. Needless to say , we were scared to eat the cold pizza and will NEVER be eating there again.
