Had my broken washer checked by the a1 technician. Told me it would cost me $347 to fix it. Told him thank you but I will be purchasing another used washing machine. Paid him his $99 for the service call. Went back to the utility room to find my washer was not put back together. Called a1 to have the service man come back out to complete what should have been done on the first visit. Was told there would be another charge for him to come back again (to complete the work from the first visit). Looked up the part to fix it on amazon and found it was about $60. Not happy.

Charged $175 problem was not fixed. Paid the bill but never signed acknowledgement that there was no warranty for the work. Stay away from them.

Clogged Drain

Service was fast and done good. However the price gouging of $175 for a clogged drain is unprofessional and unacceptable. beware of high prices
