It develops PET resins for the production of disposable packaging for soft drinks, mineral water, cooking oil, cosmetics, fertilizers and disinfectants. The company also offers PET packaging films for the food market. M&G has a production capacity of more than 1.5 million tones per annum. It operates manufacturing facilities in Brazil, Italy and Mexico and supports several research and development facilities in Rivalta, Italy and Ohio. The company has PET Polymer and Acetates business units, as well as provides engineering, procurement and construction management services in the fields of polyester, refining and specialty chemicals.
