      IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF. CAN'T LEAVE A MSG. THEIR PHN IS ONLY SET UP FOR FAXES. VERY INCONVENIENT. GOING TO SEEK A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
