I give it one star because the onsite customer service is excellent when it's open. The delivery service is HORRIBLE. You can always expect your package to arrive the day after the scheduled delivery date. Also, you can always expect to retrieve your "signature required" parcels at the post office. The postman/ woman never comes to your door when a signature is required. He or she consistently places a missed delivery notification in your box. I run my business from home, and the door bell never rings. I want to support USPS; however Waddell Post Office makes it very difficult with its poor delivery service, and limited business hours.
