I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years! They are the best pharmacy in Texas if you ask me. Sure there have been an issue or two along the way, but they have always handled it in a courteous and professional manner. There has never been any errors with my meds. They are always as prescribed. The employees a n pharmacist are always professional and kind. They greet me by name and treat me with respect. You couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. They are always fast as well.J.collander

Wow Im not alone...I to have had miserable service from this company!

Wow....I to have been having the same problems with Phamacy Plus...They drag there feet dont call doctors and have the worst attitudes. What a shame Worst home town pharmacy ever. Scripts never fill as orderd and hardly ever on time. Interesting!

Ok so I am new to Bellmead I had an injury and required pain meds. This was a legitimate no bull ruptured disk injury. After my first script the doctor required a call in to get the script refilled....Standard protocal 30 pills based on 1-2 as needed for severe pain. Phamacy plus has this crappy recorded msg to refill your script. They ask would you like us to call your doctor...leave your number etc. I go through the motions...waited the 24 hrs Nada!...Call my doctor..They inform me refill is no problem just need to have Phamacy plus call or fax us the request. Go theough the motions again..This time I leave a msg and my phone number. Wait 24 hrs...Call again...NADA! Now I am almost out of my script, I call my doc again Nurse is like I dont know what to tell you we have approved your script...They just need to fax over the form. I do it again call leave msg phone number and a fax number as well as my number,,,48 hrs cause it was the weekend...Now Im out of meds...Hurting..and beginning to become preturbed...Call in to see if there ready NADA!!! So I call the phamacy...Mind you I have a busted back...Proven with an MRI 30 pills is not going to be a cause for adiction over a 3 week period...I use the pills to take the edge off while going through therapy...I got a hold of some girl ther who decided she was going to be Judge Jury and executioner...What an fing Joke...Here I try and support the local community and I get a ribbing from a person who is not my doctor has no clue abot the fing tree that almost killed me and could care less how I felt. I am sorry I would not ever recamend these people or there services...They Suck with a capitol S...No compasion snotty attitudes and a Police mentality on the distribution of perscribed meds...WTF...F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F- Spend your money at HEB CVS or Wallyworld...Atleast they follow through...Pharmacy plus sucks!
