I have never in my life been treated so rudely. The front desk clerk in the Bellmead office made us wait for a personal phone call. Then we practically had to beg her to get out of her chair to show us granite. She made numerous snide comments about the expense of the granite as if she did not think we could afford it. We left before she could even show us a slab. We went somewhere else and ordered the granite we wanted. There is no excuse to treat anyone in the manner my husband and I were treated. I am a disabled, retired school teacher and my husband is an attorney. We were not dressed great as we had been moving furniture all morning. I am posting this review everywhere online. Do not use this company. There is no excuse for this kind of rudeness.

I just had new granite countertops installed and they look beautiful. Italian Granite was friendly and came when I they said and did a great installation. They had the same granite as others but at a more reasonable price. They helped advise me on many different steps. I worried about the color of granite, they pointed me to another business that had the same granite that I was selecting, so I could see what it looked like. I was worried about an undercounter sink, because I didn't want to tear up my countertops if I wanted to replace the sink. They showed me how they had little latches that locks the sink in place, and can be used to easily removed if I ever want another sink. And I am so glad I choose the undercounter sink. Their service was great, and I am very pleased with this results.
