I contacted Waco Motorsports on 1/14/17 via email as I live in Abilene. I received a reply from the owner Brian Schroeder. I gave him a list of exactly what I wanted. He passed me to his Sales Manager Brad Meece. I told Brad exactly what I wanted to purchase. We agreed on a price , then he sent me a build invoice listing exactly the agreed upon items and price. This package included a 199.00 Hummingbird smart strike fish finder map card listed on the invoice. On 1/17/17 I signed the papers from my bank based on this invoice totaling 25,462.85. On 1/28/17 I traveled to Waco Motorsports and signed the papers on the boat that totaled 25,462.85. I was told at the time of pick up, that the card was on back order. I told them that was fine. So for the next 2 months I follow up weekly with the sales manager via text and email, which I have a paper trail of every message BTW. During these 2 months I am told the Map Card was not available, then told it was, then told it wasn't, then told it was, then told that I would receive a check for the card. This carries on for 2 month. As of yesterday , I was informed from Brian Schroeder that I would not be getting a check sent or a card ordered. The card was canceled and replaced with extra charges and fees from the install. Who ever is shopping and reading reviews on this location, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to provide factual documentation related to my experience.

My wife and I drove over 3 hours to purchase a boat from wacomotorsports and it was worth the drive. Not only did we save money and get the boat we wanted, we also noticed everyone pitching in to make the boat ready. We felt like vips and enjoyed the experience. thanks again for the pontoon boat..

I live in DFW and was in the market for a Wildcat 1000 UTV, I spoke with 3 dealers in the DFW area and was not treated well by 2 of the 3 and decided to widen my search. I ended up calling Jack at Waco Motorsports and was treated very professionally and courteous from my initial contact to the delivery. I was called back promptly with follow up details and the price was even better than the local dealers in the DFW area. I was greeted at the dealer and treated well by the different salesman, the guy in parts and was shown the service area. The owner was busy but came up and introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I have been self employed for 29 years and always strive for customer service and professionalism which Is also what I found with Waco Motorsports. I would reccomend anyone looking for a bike, ATV or UTV to give them a shot. It is well worth the 2 hour drive to deal with Waco Motorsports. J.P. Frisco, TX 2013 Artic Cat Wildcat 1000 LE

I went into their store for the first time and noticed alot going on. Since I last visited them several years ago, it seems to have changed for the better. I was greeted, not asked if I was going to buy something. I went to the parts counter and they did not have what i needed but they suggested another option. Everyone seemed envolved and I was amazed at what this young group of guys were doing. I visited the service department and they appeared to be more than competitive on their prices and parts. I have taken my HD to several local shops and have never got out for under a $100, I left wacomotorsports getting all that i needed completed to my bike for $93. Not bad and will certainly return. Good job and keep growing
