These guys a truly interested in being your only plumber. I recommend steering away from "flat rate" plumbers, that charge a set amount, no matter the size of the problem. Beware the guy that can quote you a price over the phone, without getting in there to see the problem and the variables. Bukowski Brothers charge a fair market rate, but only for the time it takes to remedy your problem. Let's face it, plumbing problems are expensive, but I'd rather pay someone that will stand behind their work, and explain everything they did.
