Stay clear of Boen Plumbing!Billed me double what they should have and only gave me one price of $790.16 for only 3 hours labor and minor parts.The bathroom facet leaked very next day and the dishwasher was not even installed back into the cabinet. The dishwasher fell over and out of the cabinet when filled up with dishes. I called from the day of service until yesterday (43 days later), well over a dozen phone calls requesting to fix these issues and to supply me with an itemized list of what the $790.16 charge was for. Every call, I was promised I would receive an itemized price soon.It took them over a month to finally fix the dishwasher and did nothing for the leaking facet.It took 43 days and over a dozen phone calls for Stephanie the owner to finally call me. Stephanie told me she will not supply me with an itemized price and the only itemization she will give me is that the parts came to $121.93, tax $8.23, and labor at $660. I told her that the plumber spent about 3 hours on the master bedroom facet, dishwasher, and the leak in the garage wall; which should only be a labor charge of $267 ($89 hourly rate). Stephanie said she will not discount or give me any money back, nor will she provide the promised itemized pricing.
