NuStart provides personal coaching, corporate wellness, and school wellness services. We help people take control to live healthier and happier. NuStart provides personal coaching for healthy living and/or weight loss. Dr. Jamie Lindsay founded NuStart with one simple goal - to develop an effective lifestyle strategies program that meets folks where they are and gives them the support, accountability, and direction they need to get where they want to be. Our coaches teach participants life skills in the areas of nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
