Incompetence and cheap are two words to describe The Village. This was the worst rental experience. I had mold in my apartment, old everything (the model they showed me was all new), shoddy workmanship on everything, old carpet, mold all over -- a lot of it! Nothing ever gets fixed right. Apartments are tiny, floorboards are crooked. My heater broke (huge nasty wall unit) and didnt get fixed for a week in the middle of winter! Useless office staff except for Sue. Do not rent here unless you want to pay for dents in the walls, mold, walks and parking lot that never get cleared or salted in the snow, and the list goes on and on. This place was terrible.
