      GenieTek IT Solutions has been our IT support and managed IT services provider since January of 2012. The team is an extension of our team - it's like having our very own tech department for a fraction of the price.



      When we grew tired of our previous IT service provider (because they were not responsive, not proactive, not organized, and occasionally not professional) we decided we would not make that mistake again, and rather do our due diligence and take the extra time to find the right IT consulting firm for us and our needs. We interviewed an exhausting six IT service firms along with GenieTek IT Solutions. Funny enough, GenieTek IT Solutions was the first of the seven we interviewed. And I'll tell you why they were the first - when we called in to inquire about their services, they immediately answered the phone, listened to our needs, and made themselves available that week for a free consultation. Because they were the first, they set the standard by which we measured the other IT support firms. From there, it was an obvious choice. GenieTek IT Solutions clearly explained the value they bring to the table, and how their services will help my company grow. The other companies didn't come close to comparing.



      The GenieTek IT Solutions team answers the phone every time we call, they respond to our emails immediately, and the friendly IT Consultants we work with are onsite regularly. Projects are on time and on or under budget. We get CIO-level oversight along with budget planning, clear reporting, consistent invoices, and most importantly, peace of mind. All of the solutions they have implemented have been scalable as our business has evolved. That has saved us a lot of money. They enable us to focus on growing our company, rather than time-consuming IT headaches.
