Vonore Elementary School is part of the Monroe County Schools. The school enrolls more than 650 students in grades kindergarten through eight. Its dedicated staff consists of an administrator, teacher, specialist and instructional assistants. The school s curriculum includes reading and writing, language arts, foreign language, math, science and social studies. It is equipped with a computer lab, multipurpose room, cafeteria and a media center. Teachers use a wide variety of resources, such as textbooks, trade books, leveled texts, technology and computer software to enhance the school s curriculum. It is located in Vonore, Tenn.
