Unbelievably very very poor customer service contact. If you call their office when you have a power outtage you will be very lucky indeed to ever get to talk to a real live person. The maze of push this button, or this one or this one will prove very frustrating. If you push the number to report a power outtage your trouble will begin then.You have three choices to report an outtage (i.e. meter number, account, number or telephone number on the account) If you are simply a renter, or if you don't have any of this information you are NOT going to get any service. There isn't another option such as address to report where the outtage is. It took me two days of phoning various numbers as the one listed in the telephone book had also changed.However, I must say that once I did speak to a live person, they were very very polite and helpful and the problem is already being taken care of.
