      Medical Services We offer high quality, low-cost primary health care at five state of the art clinic sites. Medical and dental exams are conducted in a private office setting. For your convenience: Extended evening and weekend hours Pharmacy and laboratory services available on-site Door to door van service Primary care services include: Adult Medicine Dental Clinic Immunizations / Testing Pediatrics Pharmacy and Laboratory Prenatal / Obstetrics Reproductive Health Teen Clinic Wellness Clinic Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) We serve the community, regardless of insurance status. Uninsured patients pay on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. For information about payment options and what insurances are accepted, please review our Payment Programs page. Same-day care: if your condition is acute, please call us. We may be able to schedule a same day appointment. In case of medical emergency, call 911. Note: You may drop off unused or expired medications at San Diego Sheriff's Department Drug Drop-Boxes.
