The construction industry is in the family name Newland. I enjoy every aspect of the home building process. I have over 8 years of experience working in the Construction industry. During this time I obtained my class B General Contractor’s license, class C-19 Dry wall license, and Realtor’s license. I have come a long way from spotting nails to being co-owner in a construction company in Bakersfield.

I have participated in projects that help improve communities and people’s lives such as Habitat for Humanity. My wife and I want to continue to do charitable work and have recently moved to Northern San Diego with the intention to build a successful and dedicated brand.
