Wow! Work in Progress and I'm impressed with the customer service. I towed my truck in from Pep Boys and their, B&C, communication was 5 star all the way. They had many customers in the waiting area and they all had smiles on their faces. I knew that I was in the right place. Ray took care of me and I had a formal estimate printed up within 5 minutes! There was other dilemmas with my engine and we handled our chats via cell and offices lines. And we are now sending messages via quotes through their web site. And also following up through e-mails. My wife took in her car for a noise coming from the back. They examined and determined it was tires going bad, not brakes or bearings like I had thought. They were very professional, courteous and did not take advantage of a "woman" customer. Thanks guys!!!
