Dear Magnolia Park,
I want to thank you for being an answer to my prayers! I can't believe that Grandpa has been with you for a year and a half and I want to let you know how much I appreciate everything you do.
I love seeing the staff visit with all the residents as if they were family and treat them with the respect and dignity that they deserve. The personal care and attention you give Grandpa gives me peace of mind and allows me time to run my business and take care of my responsibilities without worrying about him.
I have seen the staff patiently interact with him on his "bad days" (those days when he's confused and needs extra help). They show such care for his well-being, help him cahn down, and redirect him to where he should be. They really go the extra mile to make sure he's taken care of and safe.
It does my heart good to walk into the facility knowing that it's always going to look (and smell) clean. I can only imagine the amount of time, energy, and expense that you put into maintaining the homes at such a high standard. THANK YOU!
The grounds are also beautifully kept and are a joy to stroll around with Grandpa. Thank you for noticing how much he likes to tend vegetables and giving him space to have a summer garden. It's just one example of how much love and attention you give to each of your Mama's and Papa's.
Also, thank you so very much for hosting the family events throughout the year. The good food, fun music, and dancing have always put a smile on our face and joy in our heart. It's a real morale booster for everyone who attends.

Most of all, thank you bringing the knowledge, experience, and expertise of Esperanza into our lives. Her holistic approach of care for body, mind and spirit using nutrition, supplements, medications, and spiritual support is unprecedented! It's exactly what we were needed. She is an angel for families who are supporting a loved one with dementia.
I honestly don't know what I'd do without Magnolia Park caring for my Grandpa. It's the only place I want him to be. You guys are the best! You give us Hope!
