Been banking w/them for 10+ years. Only started having problems around 3 yrs ago. Started with them mishandling my credit card payments. Very rude when I confronted them on their mistake. Started to use the new atms they have, checks through there have hit my account as fast as the next day but for some odd reason they held the cash I deposited for 5 days causing my account to go over even though it said I had a balance. W/the holiday season I accidentally missed a credit payment so instead of a friendly reminder they send a threatening letter stating legal action over a 10.00 payment. I just got the statement in the mail realizing I missed the payment....ooops on my part. But wow. My debit card had expired. They said they mailed me one and they never did. Went to union to figure it out and someone in the back was bad mouthing me within ear shot. I am switching all my personal accounts to the bank where I have had my business accounts for the past 13 years. Credit Unions aren't nice.
