Located in Virginia, Minn., Merritt House offers services to adults with mental disabilities. Its services include individual psychotherapy and counseling, group therapy, diagnostic and recreational assessment, psychological screening and treatment planning. The center also offers budget assessment and monitoring, and forensic and occupational counseling services. In addition, it runs a healthy lifestyle and self-medication program. Merritt House provides crisis assistance, sleep-hygiene coaching and social skills training.
