This place is great...Never had an issue...Been there for flu treatment, sciatica issues, and acid reflux...Received quick assistance with NO hassles...Very comfortable Urgent Care, best in Va Bch!

I was impressed when I found out that I can schedule an appointment or just walk on in. Waited about 10 minutes and was put in a room. TV's are great! Although I didn't really have time to watch anything, was in and out in short time. Doctor was nice and both of them are emergency and trauma experienced. The staff are nice to work with too.

Seemed disorganized and the wait was longer than the ER. The rooms had TVs, otherwise I would have left after 3hrs waiting to see a doctor who seemed even then very distracted, and talked about the previous patients personal problems. After the 5 hour process I was sent to a diagnostic center on the other side of town. Found out later there was one closer one a mile away but was a Sentara location and the doctor doesnt like Sentara so he had me drive all over town. Too much drama there, wont do that again. You were warned.
