I have lived here a year already and have so many issues it's un real! New dishwasher, constant AC problems, every single drain in my townhome was clogged, water buggs all the time, 2 breacks replaced so my ac would quite popping, my garbage disposal fell off, had animal problems with wild cat's and racoons, had my celilng leak first week I was here, the light above my stove busted and shattered all over when I turn it on the 1st time and they told me they could not get a light cover for the stove, back door had a big gap in it, front glass door was falling off and this is just with in the year I have lived here! This place NEVER IS MAINTAINED!!!! The people that come out here to fix things are nice but have no idea what they are doing. The trash is always a problem as well due to it is always over filled and laying everywhere around the place in back ally and peoples yards. If u have a probelm with your home and call the office no one ever answers even during the hours they are suppose to be open. I have even drove up to the office during regular hours and they are already closed! Take my word this place maybe nice to look at but is a hell hole to live in!!!!

This apartment complex has a lot of issues: Look at laundry facilities Reynard Dr Looks like it has a lot of washers and dryers THINK AGAIN! Look inside washers first before putting your money in..some have water laying in them for days that someone else has paid for and had to take clothes out due to washer stops during cycle or as soon as you put your money in..which leaves about 2 washers that work in a huge complex..dryers are a hoot too..find one that heats up enough to dry in one cycle. They are also very dirty. Garbage on machines, on floors , behind machines..most of time doens't have an outside lite..have tripped over small bricks laying on sidewalk in the dark. Alley areas between apt buildings are SO VERY NASTY! Garbage, garbage..most apt patios are overgrown with trees, weeds and garbage too. So don' think you can sit on your patio and not be bothered by odors. Rain gutters are also an issue. They overflow onto lower level apts because they are not maintained and fixed and some areas have tall grasses growing in them..some areas have mildew. Check this out..light fixture by outdoor was broken and hanging and electrician came to fix it and said it was a fire trap..someone had used masking tape to hold wires together. Wow. Front section of complex faces school has no lighting for safety of tenants at night time..other areas of complex are somewhat lighted. Have had neigbors ask for a plunger. One of these neighbors had an issue w/ the toilet on saturday and was told it didn't warrant an emergency call..she had to wait until Monday to be scheduled..a stopped up toilet??
