I have been a patient of Dr. Farmer's for over 20 years. I find him and his staff to be very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly.

I've been going to this office for almost 5 years and they have given me the best service I've ever received. I'm now a college student and previously lost health insurance after hitting that age/insurance limit but the office staff did everything they could to give me the best deal I could. They treat me like family and I feel more comfortable here than in any other doctor's office. I don't know where everyone else is getting their bad experiences because it certainly can't be at this location! I love you guys! :]

My first eye Dr. was great, unfortunately he retired. I went to see another Dr. but not good enough. My prescription was very strong and I had very bad headache. I went back asking if I could have my old glasses back. Service was great, maybe a very good Dr. also. I found Eye Center and very satisfied. Food for thought, to everyone, any questions, always direct them to the Dr. only He Or She can answer. as far as the front desk, they do what they can. Our responsibility is to answer correctly. Reminder, to those who gives bad reviews, you went there because you need help! I sure now can see better no more headache. My point is, any review I read? I don not base my opinion.
I went to their office the first time July 2007 and had a very pleasant experience, I was impressed with how thorough the doctor was on his exam and explaining things to me. The staff has been very friendly on my first visit and later visits to pickup glasses and contacts. I was a little suprised when I saw the previous rating for this office because I would recommend this office to others.
Staff was very stiff (unfriendly), with the exception of the Dr. himself. The technician seemed annoyed when asked a few simple questions...like her time was beeing wasted. Reception desk not very helpful either. I think any health care facility should have the patient's satisfaction as their #1 priority. Always!! The staff should take care of patients the same way they would want their relatives or themselves taken care of. The staff should also listen more to what a patient is asking or trying to say and not dismiss it immediately as being unimportant or incorrect. If needed, time should be taken to verify or clarify the information given by a patient. This would show the patient that his or her business is appreciated. It would also suggest that the staff has the patient's wellbeing and satisfaction as their #1 priority.
The patient's satisfaction should be a top priority for any health care facility. The staff should listen more carefully and take the time to verify the information given by the patient.
