Great Place for a girls day getaway! Plenty of pampering and beauty advice from a well experienced staff. A wonderful array of services and a very accommodating receptionist to help with bookings. Defiantly a must do!

Spa phoenix is awesome! The receptionist was eager to help me from the moment I walked in the door. Georgia greeted me with a comforting smile, and that was important, this was my first visit to the spa. Georgia walked me through the entire facial process, and was very informative about what she was doing, and the products that she used. Next I was met by Jessica, the massage therapist, who gave me the most rejuvenating experience, I opted for the full hour and a half massage, I was glad I did, it was amazing! After my massage they had lunch ready for me in another room with a glass of white wine. When I was finished eating Michelle was all ready for my favorite part, the pedicure, she even had my favorite OPI color. My day of beauty was almost complete but not without visiting the salon, yes, they even have a salon! Christina gave me a great cut, I've never left a salon with such a polished look. Two thumbs, way up!!!!!!!!!

Spa Phoenix is a blissful treat. After reading the wonderful reviews, minus one (tasteless!), I decided to try the services for myself. Oh, I only wished I could have found this oasis earlier. The massage I treated myself to was to die for. Ladies, I have got to admit, that was better then chocolate. The beauty saloon is my next stop. I cant wait. I feel like the pampered queen I was born to be. What a pleasure after a long week of work. Hats off to spa phoenix.

Spa Phoenix is a delightful almost sinful taste of pampering for both young and old, men and women, singles and couples. The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. My 9 y.o. daughter and I have been loyal customers for a year now. We have been personally greeted by the owners on several occasions and I appreciate the personal attention!! I highly recommend Spa Phoenix!! Excellent customer service with a personal touch, not to mention I've never looked do good, and my daughter is the talk of her school!!THANK YOU SPA PHOENIX!!

The friendly and informative receptionist helped me choose services that fit my needs. I chose the 90 minute LaStone Massage, a Phoenix Facial and the Phoenix manicure and pedicure. Also had a delicious lunch in a beautiful, sunlit room. I must say that the LaStone Massage was out of this world - a wonderful mixture of hot and cool stones were so soothing! Loved it and they will see me again.

I get a massage every month - my therapists are experienced, professional and courteous. I've also had treatments with a Spa Phoenix esthetician - they puffiness around my eyes is gone.

I had a terrible experience... bad color job that was never fixed... terrible. I complained about this issue to management and the owners and nothing was ever done and no refund issued.
