Bought a garden window from them in October of 2005. After installation, they had to return several times to fix leaks. Despite the five year labor warranty, I got tired of having them return, so I lived with the leaks which continue to this day in wind swept rain. And now the window is pulling away from the wall!! Warranty or not, I have never had - nor ever heard of - a window actually separating from the house!
