0The salon is family ran. It is the cleanest salon I have ever been to. The prices are great. They compare prices also. The bulbs are great. The owner is super nice and knows alot about tanning. Perfect 10 is the best salon in Kempsville! She always runs specials and if you did what I did you can tan in all the beds for only $35.00 a month. I love this place I have been a member for 3 years. You should try this salon. I can not say enough great things about it. I love the beds too!!
