I would give them zero stars if I could!! They charged me a "no-show" fee for a 3:00 appointment when I scheduled my appointment for 6:00! I never received a confirmation email or phone call! When I called to speak to someone I spoke to the Assistant Manager Roxy who was rude and condescending. She was of no help and said that they don't send out confirmation emails for same day appointments which in talking with the Director of Operations turned out to be a lie! She even said that they would normally waive a "no-show" fee but because they were fully booked they weren't going to waive a fee I shouldn't have been charged in the first place! This was supposed to be my first time here but I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy!! Calling the news or a lawyer if corporate can't help!!

I love this place. I don't get off work until 8:00 pm and have had several great massages after work. ME has plenty of therapists to choose from and I plan to try them all! friendly staff and very clean. I highly recommend.
