Furious about this company. 82 year old father went in to have his battery changed. Charged $10 (visa). Battery worked for a few hours. When he went back, he was told they do not work on his type watch and don't carry the battery and refused to help him. will update after speaking with them in the am

Jan. 5th, 2015: Approached the kiosk around 7PM. I needed a new watch battery installed and a link removed from 2 watches. The lady at the counter said she was not trained to replace watch batteries or remove links, but that Leo would be back at 8PM and he would be able to perform the work. I did return at 8, and Leo wasn't there. The lady said Leo said he would be back at 8. I foolishly returned to the kiosk again at 8:20 and Leo still wasn't there. She again stated Leo said he would be back at 8. I asked her if Leo had a phone. She said she tried to call him and he didn't answer. Thanks, Leo, for wasting my time and for leaving someone in charge who isn't trained to do what you advertise. You won't be in business for long.

Very professional repair work , Fast turn around and very reasonable prices I saved a lot of money on repairs by going to leos watch center. Leo replaced a crystal on my Invicta watch , it cost me about $50 at leos. while invitcta wanted $95 and i had to ship it!

This company gets zero stars for quality product, customer service and price. I am forced to select one star, as no stars are not possible. However, as I stated, they get "0" stars. I purchased a watch here in the last two weeks. The first time I wore my watch, it broke. I called the telephone number on the receipt and the manager/employee/ who sold the watch to me was not helpful at all. Needless to say, I absolutely would not recommend this business to anyone!
