Landstown Middle School provides general academic programs to students in grades six through eight. The school conducts classes in math, English, science, civics and economics. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as art, music, and health and physical education. It also provides special education services to gifted and talented students. Landstown Middle School offers French, German, Spanish and Latin as foreign languages. The school features a band, choir and orchestra. It also offers the English as a Second Language program. The school s range of sports activities includes basketball, soccer, football, hockey and baseball. In addition, it operates chess, debate, drama and dance clubs. It provides guidance, counseling, food and health care. The school has a parent-teacher association that conducts fundraising activities.
