Kosama is a great workout if you are looking for something different. The workouts are timed and the instructors walk around and motivate you and correct you on your form. Most importantly, Charles and Katie are AWESOME and truly care for their customers! They are always there to answer questions and follow up with you to make sure you are doing good. BEWARE when you sign a contract with this company!!!!!! I signed a month-to-month contract with this company and I have had to pay for multiple months to cancel it. First, they told me that I signed a whole year contract but when I had them get my contract out, it clearly states that I signed up for a month-to-month contract. Then I was told that since they switched over to a new system, I was still going to be charged the $99 canceling fee and there was NOTHING that they could do about it. Instead, they suggested that I freeze my account for 3 months and then cancel when it starts back up again and that I would end up having to pay for 1 more month. I once again signed another sheet that stated the same thing. Fast forward to today.... I was told that I now have to pay 2 months in order to cancel my contract because I froze my account (at the suggestion of the owner) and paying for 2 months is almost double the canceling fee! I tried calling the corporate headquarters and left multiple messages but to no avail and the number was for snap fitness. Beware when entering into a contract with this franchise!!!!
