Joe Baker did a great job servicing our HVAC systems. He spent time educating us about the systems and showing us the parts that needed cleaning and replacing. Kellam Mechanical was recommended by a neighbor and we are happy that we switched companies. We would definitely have Joe back again!
Service pro Morgan B. Is definitely a professional. He arrived when he said he would, also with a good disposition. Friendly and respectful of my home by using the companies own door mat to covering his shoes. He took his time, throughly checking all aspects of my furnace, looking to repair if all possible first. Never felt he was trying to “sell” me something. He explained everything in detail and ultimately repaired, not replaced my aged furnace. I was very grateful. The company overall wanted to make my appointment right and they did. Would recommend!

I just had the awesome experience with Joshua Sagers from Kellam Mechanical. Josh was a total professional in every sense of the word. We had a A/C unit that wasn't working and I call the office to have a technician to come and check it out. Even though Josh was clear across town working another call, he called to let me know his status. When Josh arrived and I explained to him what the issue was, the confidence that i got from Josh when he told me that he got it was comforting. josh was outstanding and got the unit back up and running the whole while being a consiment professional. Josh should be recognized as a valueable asset to your company and he should be rewarded for his work tonight. i will not hesitate requesting him for future needs.

kellam mechanical shows concern for customers problems. immediate responses for 2 separate problems in 5 days. chris h, and tommy z were both prompt, courteous, and very professional in taking care of each problem . i have used kellam for several years, and i would always call them first. thanks again, kellam , for showing the true meaning of excellent service.
I highly recommend Kellam Mechanical for your heating, cooling and electrical needs. I just recently had my annual maintenance inspection and Jerry W. was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the process and answering questions about the best filters to use. His efficiency was a breath of fresh air in the hectic world we live in. I also appreciated the Kellam Mechanical pen he gave me because in my house, pens are like socks, always disappearing!! Thank you to Jerry and the Kellam Mechanical team for taking care of my heating and cooling needs!

Mr. Jerry Wagner came to my house on the morning of 27 June 2014. Mr. Wagner was exactly on time with his scheduled arrival time. Mr Wagner was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend Kellem Mechanical and their service technician, Mr. Jerry Wagner to anyone that would like my opinion. Thank you Mr. Wagner for a job well done.

Excellent service! Technician (Jerry) arrived on time, was polite and took care to protect my floors. He was efficient in checking my HVAC system and reviewed what he found and recommendations with me. I've relied on Kellam Mechanical for my heating and cooling system needs for a number of years and have been consistently pleased with their service.

I've been a Kellam customer for over 5 years and they do a great job maintaining my existing systems and installing new ones when needed, which they have done twice, once in each of two properties I own. Jerry Wagner did an excellent job on the annual AC unit servicing, as Kellam employees always do. I count on Kellam for honest servicing when repairs are needed. I highly recommend them.

I called Kellam Mechanical late on Friday Evening as my air conditioning went out the day before. Adam stated he would have someone out Saturday morning to look at our unit and also advised me they were not charging overtime service rates for the weekend. Tommy arrived promptly the next morning and resolved our issue immediately. He even gave us advice on how to properly maintain our unit. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. But most of all, because of the service we received, we feel that Kellam is a very trustworthy company to work with. Kellam Mechanical is a company I would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services. This is the 2nd time in a year I have needed the services of Kellam Mechanical and rate both experiences a 5 star rating! I feel that Kellam Mechanical sets the bar high in the service industry!
