Jow Ga kung fu training consists of: stretching and conditioning exercises, practical self defense, 105 kung fu forms & weapon forms, long & short range kicking & striking, joint locking, throwing, choking, & ground fighting, traditional & modern training devices, sparring & full contact training, history & philosophy, Chinese lion dancing & performance & competition opportunities. Special children's program: we offer a caring, safe and well-structured environment where children can learn the art of kung fu. With specialized training, bodies are strengthened, and flexibility and coordination are increased. Emphasis is placed on building strong g moral character by developing concentration, confidence and discipline. Children also learn cooperation and respect by working together. These important skills can help children do better in school and in general feel happy and well adjusted. Selected students gain valuable leadership skills are being class assistants. Children receive individual attention, with consideration for their needs and abilities with all classes taught by only the most senior instructors.
