very difficult company to deal with. they wont listen to you. i requested a deferrment during a legal situation and they granted it to me; however, they never reported it, so they continually said that i was late for 8 months...ridiculous. I had to get my attorney involved to get it straightened out. I never, ever missed a payment to them and the latest that they ever got my payment was 2 days after due date. they are extremely rude on the phone.
