I called in an order to be picked up and the person on the phone was a little rude and couldn't get what I ordered correct.

Slow Service. Took them 2+ HOURS before they served me and my friends breakfast for dinner... near midnight, where it wasn't busy at all. My eggs were also undercooked. The waiters/waitresses barely paid attention to me or my friends. We even called ahead, since my friends and I come here after the football games in the winter season. Out of the 5 times we came here last season, 4 times they failed to give good service. A few of the waitresses are actually nice people, but I once caught them talking while food was left waiting on the In/Out food bar while I went to the bathroom. It's a tradition of my high school friends to come here after the games, but I'm seriously trying to reconsider their opinions. This IHOP's night shift is terrible. I don't fully blame the waiters/waitresses either, the cooks take way too long to make a batch of eggs and pancakes. In conclusion, terrible service and low grade food, even for a company chained restaurant.
