I was having a terrible problem with my monitor, keyboard, and mouse not interfacing with my computer. Mike Horton gave me a flexible schedule, showed up when it was convenient for me, and was finished troubleshooting and repairing the problem in less than an hour. He was very professional and friendly, and he brought several of his own spare circuit cards and troubleshooting disks to effectively isolate the problem.
