I've ben going to Gary Allen for years, spa services and hair services. Ive never waited more than 10 or 15 mins which for me is unheard of. My technician and stylist are always on time and i leave feeling fabulous. I highy recommend seeing Vicky (nails) and Tiffany (hair) Wonderful Girls !!

The women at the front desk are so rude! I cannot express this enough! I have been going to this salon for years and I have stopped going because of the women at the front desk, they are unprofessional and act like you are unimportant. I also have to wait to be seen almost every time I go. Expect to sit and wait for 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. I suggest going to salon vivace down the road they have much better customer service.

I have gone to this salon many times now and have always had a good experience. I used to work in a Salon/Day Spa so my expectations are high. The shampoo techs could do a little better and the receptionist staff isn't very friendly but who cares about that when you go out with great looking hair! My hairstylist is Vesna and she is just adorable. She really listens to what you want to get out of your appointment and really gives you what you're looking for.
